JC TAX & LEGAL is a project of two classmates since they were 3 years old who after splitting their paths to pursue their studies and start their professional careers decided that it was time to start a law firm that would stand out from the rest in the city where they grew up, Marbella.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the technological and audiovisual generation to which the lawyers of the firm belong, they strongly believe in digitalisation and the resolution of any matter or conflict that may arise telematically, without sacrificing personal and direct contact with the client.
The firm is specialized in real estate law, tax law, contracting and corporate law, immigration law and inheritance law. That is why the legal services provided cover most of the needs of foreign investors in Spain.
JOAQUÍN CRESPO ALCALÁ
Lawyer, Double Degree in Law and Journalism from Universidad Ceu San Pablo (2015).
Master of Laws from the University of Murcia (2018).
He began his professional career in the M&A department of the British firm Clifford Chance to later settle in his hometown working in Price Water house Coopers and UHY FAY & CO.
